I played my friends quiz's and the first quiz I played I got 8 out of 10 and on my second I got 9 out of 11.

Covid 19 Posters

WALT: identify audience and purpose of Covid 19 visual images

first I copied the slide off my teacher. Then I had to answer questions about the poster and what I thought of it.

Reflection: I liked answering the questions of the poster. I wish we could make our own.

Qusetion: Have you seen one of these posters around your town?

My Thank You Letter To A Essential Worker.

WALT: Write a formal thank you letter following a formal letter structure.

First I created a plan on paper for what I was going to write in my thank you letter. Then I had to write three paragraphs based on my plan. In the first paragraph I wrote why I was thanking them. In the second one I wrote was some interesting facts and in my last paragraph I wrote what I did in lock down.

My WOW word

WALT: find words in the dictionary and the thesaurus and write in complex sentences.

First I created a google drawing and as the days went on we had to research about the word arachnophobia which is a fear of spiders.

Reflection: It was fun researching all the different phobias. I wish we could do a wow word with a different phobia.

My Subtraction Results

WALT: Use the standard written form to solve subtraction problems.

First I started the quiz. We were supposed to use a white board but I wanted to challenge my self and I still got ten out of ten. This is my score to prove it.

My Jacinder Ardern Art

WALT: Create a portrait of Jacinder Ardern on google drawings.

First I created a google drawing, secondly I had to find a photo of her on the internet. Next I trace  the pic using the line tool on google drawings.

Reflection: It was very tricky to trace her hair. I wish this was a little bit easier.

First I created a google drawing Then I had to learn about the word gratitude and I had to write the meaning a how you can show gratitude and a story about gratitude.

Reflection: It was interesting to learn facts about the word gratitude.
